She is a strategist, a visionary and a lover of creative solutions. A multicultural powerhouse, she speaks German, English and Dutch and brings an international perspective to the team. When Jasmin is not strategising or developing new creative approaches, she enjoys good food, fine wine and, of course, chocolate - her guilty pleasure, as she admits with a charming smile. She recharges her batteries with her family and by working with inspiring people, because when you work with passion and joy, you rarely need a break from work.

Her career has taken her through international hotel chains like Marriott and Penta, where she honed her skills in event management and sales, before moving into strategic roles with JOYN Serviced Living. With a focus on creative solutions and measurable results, she enriches i-Hotel Services with her extensive expertise and adaptability. Outside of work, Monique thrives on adventure. Whether she's powering through challenging cross-country races or effortlessly switching between three languages, her energy knows no limits. And her love of cake and cookies? It’s not just a guilty pleasure – it’s a well-earned reward after her latest athletic feat. With her unique blend of drive and charm, Monique is always ready for the next challenge.

Uta's journey in hospitality began with training as a chef before she discovered her passion for revenue management. At Lindner Group, she moved from sales to strategic operations, eventually becoming Cluster Revenue Manager, overseeing the budgets and financials of six hotels ranging from city properties to resorts. Since 2022, she has brought her extensive expertise and hands-on approach to i-Hotel Services, ensuring strategic success and measurable results. In her free time, Uta finds relaxation in nature: whether cycling, horseback riding or swimming in the local lakes, staying active is simply part of her life. Her love of good food and lively gatherings - whether at a wine festival or on the dance floor - provides the perfect balance to her professional drive.

From the Netherlands and Belgium to Italy, Milou brings a global perspective and extensive experience in revenue management to the team. As the most senior member of i-Hotel Services, she combines loyalty and expertise with a keen eye for innovative strategies. Her career has taken her from front desk and reservations to senior revenue management roles - always with a focus on structured solutions and international collaboration. Privately, Milou embraces the dolce vita lifestyle: she enjoys discovering new restaurants, expressing her creativity at the piano or losing herself in a good book. This unique blend of joie de vivre and professional dedication adds a unique strength to the i-Hotel Services team.

With over 20 years of experience in revenue management, Antje has successfully supported both city hotels and resorts, continuously honing her strategic skills. Privately, Antje thrives on adventure – especially on the road in her self-renovated camper. Accompanied by her loyal dachshund, she explores the Scandinavian wilderness, finding both inspiration and peace in nature. When she’s not traveling, she expresses her creative side through linocut printing, devours thrilling books, or indulges in culinary delights. Antje’s combination of experience, drive, and creativity makes her an invaluable part of the i-Hotel Services team.
