A strategist and a visionary, she’s passionate about creative thinking and unconventional ideas. As a multicultural powerhouse, she speaks German, English and Dutch, bringing an international mindset to the team.

When she's not crafting strategies or new solutions, Jasmin enjoys fine food, a good glass of wine and – of course – chocolate, her admitted guilty pleasure.
She finds energy in spending time with her family and being surrounded by inspiring people.

With a focus on creative solutions and measurable results, she enriches i-Hotel Services with her extensive expertise and adaptability.

Outside of work, Monique thrives on adventure. Whether she’s powering through challenging cross-country races or effortlessly switching between three languages, her energy knows no limits. And her love of cake and cookies? It’s not just a guilty pleasure – it’s a well-earned reward after her latest athletic feat.

Uta Lerch

Revenue Manager
From Gourmet to Revenue Guru

Uta's journey in hospitality began with training as a chef before she discovered her passion for revenue management. At Lindner Group, she transitioned from sales to strategic operations, ultimately serving as Cluster Revenue Manager, where she oversaw budgets and performance for six hotels – from urban properties to resorts.
Since 2022, she has brought her extensive expertise and practical mindset to i-Hotel Services, delivering strategic results with a hands-on approach.

Outside of work, Uta finds balance in the outdoors – whether cycling, horseback riding, or swimming in nearby lakes. Her love of great food and lively social moments, from wine festivals to dancing, reflects her ability to combine structure with joy – in both life and business.

Julia Münch

Head of Marketing
With Ideas, Strategy and Creativity

Marketing is more than just a job for Julia – it’s mindset, storytelling, and sometimes a touch of magic. For two decades, she’s been shaping the hospitality world: from event planning and sales to strategic brand development.
Her path? As diverse as Julia herself – from the wedding industry to trade fairs, from food & beverage start-ups to leading the Marketing Club Leipzig, and most recently, six years as Head of Marketing DACH for a successful serviced apartment brand.

At i-Hotel Services, she brings not only her extensive hospitality knowledge but also a sharp sense for trends, brand identity and guest communication that truly connects.
And when she’s not working on concepts? You’ll find her dancing barefoot through summer, with music in her ears, vanilla ice cream in her hand, and new travel plans in mind.

From the Netherlands and Belgium to Italy, Milou brings a global perspective and extensive experience in revenue management to the team. As the longest-standing member of i-Hotel Services, she contributes deep insight, loyalty, and a keen eye for innovative strategies.

Her career spans roles from front desk and reservations to senior revenue management positions – always with a focus on structured solutions and international collaboration.

Privately, Milou embraces the dolce vita lifestyle: she enjoys discovering new restaurants, expressing her creativity at the piano, or getting lost in a good book.
This unique blend of joie de vivre and professional focus adds lasting value to the i-Hotel Services team.

Antje Wegner

Revenue Manager
Expert in Numbers, Strategy and Scandinavian Road Trips

Antje brings over 20 years of hospitality experience and a structured approach to complex topics. After training as a tourism assistant, she began her career at the front office on Rügen, where she quickly discovered her passion for process and structure. She advanced to reservations manager, completed a part-time degree in tourism management, and later moved into revenue roles – including at the Upstalsboom Hotel in Kühlungsborn.
Since 2024, Antje has been part of i-Hotel Services, contributing analytical thinking and operational insight. She thinks ahead and develops strategies that are both effective and grounded in real business needs.

In her free time, she travels through Sweden with her husband and dachshund Theo in their self-renovated caravan, learns Swedish, reads enthusiastically, and explores her creativity through linocut printing.
